Initially the developer promised to perform the main part of the project in 3 days, in the end time passed, he continued to insist the certainty that the mol was all ready.. then he lost the light and he couldn't turn the computer on.. after another two days he stopped responding. This clearly indicates his lack of competence and foolishness in work!
