Need a targeting specialist for MMORPG (Lineage 2): Google Ads + Yandex Direct + Facebook + analytics

We have a game server Lineage 2, and we are looking for an advertising specialist who:

• Will fine-tune and optimize current advertising campaigns.

• Will set up conversions (registration, client download, donations).

• Will launch and work on audiences based on player email databases (Custom + Lookalike).

• Will set up advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct, Google Ads, and Facebook (Meta Ads).

• Will fine-tune analytics so that we can see which source the income came from (GA4, Yandex.Metrica, Facebook Pixel).

⚡ Important: experience specifically with MMORPG / gaming themes is required. The niche is narrow, knowledge of how to attract players is needed, not just "traffic for the sake of traffic".

🔹 Ideally, the specialist should also:

• Be able to write reasonable technical tasks for the web developer (for example, for refining the website code for analytical scripts or transferring data from the payment system).

• Check and refine analytics connections (GA4, Yandex.Metrica, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

• Set up quality retargeting based on already collected databases (email, pixels, registered players).

• Select, improve, and change keywords (including brand campaigns for competitors — L2Reborn, Scryde, L2Dex, etc.).

• Create negative keywords and filters to prevent budget waste on irrelevant traffic.

• Set up audience segmentation (newbies, donors, returnees).

• Prepare recommendations for creatives (banners, videos, texts for the target audience).

• Form reporting and dashboard (ROI, CPL, CPA, LTV of players).

• Active campaigns are already running, but they were done in a "haphazard" manner, and audiences were created superficially.

• Everything needs to be brought to a normal level and then continuously optimized.
