Сделаю качественную, адаптивную, грамотную верстку.
Использую сборку Gulp. Стили пишу на less. Flexbox, grid, css variables (в комплексе с переменными less), transition, rem, mobile-first принцип, БЭМ подобный нейминг. Качеством останетесь довольны.
Так же разбивка верстки на компоненты (gulp-include) + svg спрайты + webp.
Скрипты ES последних версий, компилируются через Babel.
