Need to find a cheap way to transport a bicycle from Kazakhstan to China (Almaty - Xi'an)

I need a person who can manage to transport a bicycle from Almaty to Xi'an for -+25000 tenge
NOT CHINA - ALMATY TO ALMATY AND FROM ALMATY TO CHINA!
Length - 110 cm, Width - 45 cm, Height - 65 cm = 220 cm total.
Weight: 12 kg.
Delivery time: no more than 7 days

The freelancer must provide a ready option for transportation.
I do not accept plain links or phone numbers.

The amount specified in my offer does not include the payment for transportation; this payment goes entirely to the freelancer.
I will complete the project under escrow only after I send the package or ensure that the official company is ready for my conditions.

If a real offer comes within 2 days, I will pay an additional 20 dollars on top.
I am also ready to pay significantly more if there are options to transport cheaper and in shorter terms.
If it is possible to keep the amount under 25000 tenge, I will pay you everything that was saved.
If there is an option or scheme for free transportation of my box to Xi'an, I will pay you the full amount of 25000 tenge.

I only accept offers for transportation as luggage on the plane if you find out in advance from the passenger what size of the package is possible. If transportation of 220 cm is possible, then I will first lead the person to the check-in counter - make sure the person has flown - and only then pay the freelancer the full amount.

Transportation by plane is the most optimal option, but it is very difficult to find a person flying specifically from Almaty to Xi'an, so I also consider offers: Almaty - (any city in China) - and from any city I will order delivery to Xi'an myself. This option is acceptable.

I advise parsing specifically transportation through passenger luggage, but you need to make sure in advance and discuss with the person the rules of transportation according to the ticket and find out if it is really possible to carry 220 cm.
