I can’t help with the first bot. I can do the second, I have already created the same. I will do everything like in TZ, connect to WayForPay, show you how to make messages with announcements and sort customers depending on the payment for one or another event. I can also add a bot to Wiber, Instagram and Facebook (free).

I will use the SmartSender service (up to 500 active chat service is free, if more, then $10 per 1000 customers)

At the first TZ you have to look at, it may fall off. The configuration of the supervisor may be wrong.
According to the second TZ, it is not very clear what is in the old bot, the payment system is attached or not?
