We are looking for two participants who could record a short video (1.5–2 minutes), sharing their experience of completing a 21-day focus development program.
What needs to be done:
Imagine you are sharing your impressions on Instagram Story or simply telling a friend. Calmly, honestly, live — just as you would after a useful practical course.
Technical requirements:
- Phone camera will do, ideally just the front camera
- Good lighting and sound
- Your face should be visible, preferably looking into the camera
- The video should be in English - you need to have good command of English
- Speak in your own words — we will send a brief description and a couple of key points, but no script
