Rosa promised that she would do the layout for the printed and electronic books for Amazon. I wrote that I am a beginner, so I need someone who has experience working specifically with Amazon. It turned out that the performer does not know the requirements for printed books, so she made a file with incorrect margins. This became clear when I went to the Amazon website and found the formatting requirements and sent the performer a file with a layout example. Moreover, it turned out that she "did not see" my request to make the size 6X9, and she made it 8X11. I had to redo everything from scratch. The new version had the correct margins, but with other flaws, for example, some parts of the text were missing, or conversely, sentences were duplicated. I asked the performer to be more careful and check the files before sending. But again, I received a document where I found more than 16 mistakes (missing paragraphs, uneven text, empty space under the image, etc.).
