According to your description, the main difficulty is not in the fonts, but in two areas.

1) Spine. For Amazon, its width is determined by the number of pages and the type of paper (white / cream — the thickness of the sheet varies). If I take the spine "by eye" from an old template, KDP will reject the file in the preview. Therefore, for each book, I need three numbers: the number of pages, the format (6x9, 5x8, etc.), and the type of paper — I calculate the cover and spine size for each book separately.

2) Background for the photo. To avoid "plastic" AI distortions, I do not redraw the photo itself: careful cutting along the mask, and then shadows, contrast, and color temperature are adjusted to fit the background. The face and figure remain untouched.

What is included:
— selection of a background for the sent photo and merging them in your template;
— replacing the text for the new book while maintaining the typography of the template;
