We can take it as a short technical stage - first, the diagnosis of the old exchange, then either revival or careful assembly of the new exchange Prom - 1C. The budget of 2000 UAH seems to be too little even for a normal check of logs and scenarios, so I would aim for at least 8000 UAH for the first working stage over 3-4 days =)
We need to see what exactly has failed - products, balances, prices, orders, or statistics. If everything has already been completed on the 1C side, that's a good sign, but we still need to check the data format, Prom authorization, the old exchange code, and errors. It's better not to patch randomly - a penny-wise person pays twice, and integrations especially love to be handled artistically.
