After completing the initial dialogue, Maxim already started testing everything and preparing the work, although I hadn't asked for this work yet, of course, I was pleasantly surprised by such initiative, which allowed everything to be done quickly + I received some bonuses during the work. Overall, I can assess high professionalism and competence, initiative, relevant recommendations, and quality feedback; such qualities are rarely combined in one performer.
