The task is to set up low latency mode for a broadcast consisting of several video segments (random selection) with overlay of a real TV broadcast via URL, resulting in a stream that needs to be transmitted to remote machines. Video clips will be selected through an OBS Studio API call. A final config file is required that can be deployed easily.
