Project Title:
Need an educator / trainer for online training of salespeople in the JAME project

Project Description:
I am looking for a teacher / trainer / methodologist to join the team who can help effectively train salespeople online within the JAME project.

JAME is a project aimed at training salespeople. We already have our own methodology, practical developments, and I am writing a book on this topic. We now need someone who can take on the educational process and work professionally with students.

I plan to conduct training for a wider audience in the future.

What needs to be done:

• conduct online training for salespeople;
• analyze calls and provide feedback;
• conduct theoretical classes;
• help participants better understand the material;
• if necessary, improve the delivery of the training program.

Who I am looking for:

• a person with experience in adult education;
• preferably with experience in sales, training, or pedagogy;
• someone who can explain in a structured, clear, and patient manner;
• someone who can maintain the group's attention and lead people to results;
• experience in methodology, coaching, or business training will be a plus.

Work Format:

• online;
• part-time / by agreement;
• long-term collaboration if we work well together.
