🔧 Project Description

An experienced MEP engineer or designer is required to complete a full set of working documentation (WD) for a hotel complex consisting of:

• Hotel

• Administrative building

• Villas

• Restaurant

The project includes the development of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supply systems, as well as coordination of engineering networks with each other.

📐 Scope of Work

1. Electrical (power and low-voltage networks)

• Load calculations, voltage drop, selectivity

• Single-line diagrams, synoptic diagrams

• Lighting design

• Development of working drawings for all buildings

2. HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)

• Thermal calculations (EN12831 / ASHRAE)

• Network and equipment plans

• Calculation of air flow and pressure losses

3. Plumbing (water supply, sewage, storm drainage)

• Calculation of diameters, pressure, slopes

• Planning of EFS/ECS/BCL, EU/EV/EP networks

• Diagrams and working drawings

4. Coordination of engineering systems

• Checking compatibility of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Technical comments and adjustments

💻 Candidate Requirements

• Experience in MEP design — from 3 years

• Proficient in Revit MEP or AutoCAD MEP (Revit preferred)

• Ability to develop a complete set of working documentation (WD)

• Understanding of international standards (EN/ISO/ASHRAE)

• Attention to detail, technical accuracy, meeting deadlines
