Good morning, I had experience writing bots for discord. The situation is approximately the same as with discord. I propose to make the windows form on C#, which you will need to run before starting the stream. There will be the start buttons, stops, bots settings. In the settings window will be a prefix for the command, the amount of the points charged for the specified period of time, the name of the command, the way to the file, the price. To work with the tweet will be used an already ready library, which will reduce the time of writing the bots. For the first week I will make the same work form, for the second I will add it to the tv. I’m going to do it faster, but then I’m going to test it longer.
