Format the book in MS WORD for Amazon KDP (layout)

Good day!

I am looking for an experienced and skilled specialist in formatting in MS Word.

The book contains descriptive text and recipes. Word count: 130,000. Number of pages: about 400. Number of recipes: 300. It is necessary to place the text in the template according to the requirements. Insert the recipes into a template-table (see example). Add numbering. Compile the table of contents. 

1. Place all text in the template (Template 8.5 x 11 inch)

2. Use the main font Helvetica 12pt, for headings and subheadings - a font needs to be chosen. 

3. For recipes in the table, use the font Helvetica 11pt or Helvetica 10pt (to fit as much as possible on one page)

4. Each recipe must start on a new page (insert a page break)

5. The total number of pages must not exceed 500.
