Online business assistant for the manager
We are looking for a systematic, proactive, and responsible person who will free the manager from routine tasks and take over operational processes.
💼 What you will need to do (Responsibilities):
• Administration: organizing the manager's work calendar, scheduling meetings, reminding about deadlines.
• Communication: initial processing of incoming requests, communicating with clients and contractors via messengers.
• Data management: maintaining spreadsheets (Google Sheets), entering information into CRM, preparing simple reports.
• Information search (Research): monitoring the market/competitors, finding contractors, services, or products.
• Organizational tasks: booking locations
🎯 Our ideal candidate:
• Has experience working as an assistant, client manager, or in administration for at least 6 months (we also consider talented newcomers).
• Is familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Telegram, Viber, and basic task managers.
• Can listen and respond quickly: is not afraid to clarify details but strives to find solutions independently rather than just bringing problems.
• Writes and communicates proficiently in Ukrainian.
• Has a stable internet connection, a laptop, and a phone for communication.
⚙️ Working conditions:
• Format: remote (online), but must be available during working hours: from 10:00 to 18:00
• Probation period: 2 weeks (paid).
• Salary: 15,000 — 25,000 UAH based on results
