Transferring individual blocks from the main page

- Add a template/structure for future addition of new posts.
- Display the blog in the menu.

- Create a basic structure for product or solution directories (for example: “Orthoses”, “Pads”, “Adaptive Devices”).
- Currently do not display on the homepage or in the menu.
- Prepare for future publication of product/solution cards.
Work simplification with content
- Install a convenient editor for publications (Gutenberg + Elementor).
- Configure image uploads, compression (Smush/ShortPixel), ALT texts.
- Optimize media file structure.
