It is necessary to update the VPS server (OVH, Debian 9 + HestiaCP) to a modern stable version of the OS - Debian 12, with full preservation and functionality of existing websites.

Create full backups of websites, databases, and email.
Reinstall the OS to Debian 12.
Install the latest stable version of HestiaCP.
Install PHP 8.3, MariaDB 10.11+, Nginx + PHP-FPM.
Restore all websites from backups (WordPress), check functionality.
Restore Roundcube email for new messages (without old ones).
Restore SSL certificates.
Optimize PHP parameters for WordPress.

Requirements: experience with Debian/HestiaCP, PHP 8.3, MariaDB, Nginx, WordPress, and SSL.
