Onyx Shield in C#

A program is needed to clean system files. Also, to perform some other functions. All functions can be easily executed through cmd. I already have a program in Python. (draft). But it needs to be brought to completion. That's why I am reaching out to you. The interface of the program needs to be updated to a more beautiful one, possibly adding functions that are not yet available. (We will discuss). Regarding the cost of such a program, I do not know, so I will indicate a small budget (we will discuss in correspondence).
