Install the purchased template.
The template already includes three languages that are necessary: Russian, English, and German.

Next, implement the functionality:

Frontend

Replace demo content from the ready template. Logo, contacts, navigation, and other elements (a list of changes will be provided).
Three languages (the template supports).
Change the header, already designed, functionally similar to the basic one in the template. I will provide PSD and CSS.
Remove unnecessary functionality related to registration and online purchase. Also remove the five stars review functionality, similar objects. Newsletter is also not needed.
Change the structure of the object page, rearranging the information blocks. There will be no tabs for characteristics description; this information will be displayed without tabs. Remove reviews, similar objects. Add Google Map, YouTube video, photos, and manager contacts. I will provide the layout of the information block arrangement.
Search filter by six parameters must be on the main page and on the first pages of sales and rental categories. There is a purchased OS filter module, if needed. I will provide the filter design layout.
Weather temperature and time widget in the location of the main office, in the header (ready-made).
Search by object ID.
Static pages about the company. Vacancies, partners, for investors.
Print version. There is a purchased module.

Backend

Create the structure of the real estate objects database. I will provide the attributes/characteristics table of the objects.
Automatic translation of real estate objects into English and German from Russian. All fields of the real estate object should be automatically translated into two languages: English and German from Russian.
Managers. On the object page, the contact details and photo of the manager responsible for this real estate object should be displayed.
Google Map for each real estate object. On the object page, display the location map of the object. But not the exact point on the real estate object, but a circle showing the approximate area of the city, or a polygon of the city area. Depending on what is easier to do.
News - articles standard module.
Seo-Ready. SEO Tags, URL Module that allows and simplifies editing pages with regard to SEO.
GDPR module, Cookies policy.
Only purchased modules for the project should be used.

The second part of the project, which can be considered separately, is the import of real estate objects from CRM Kommo.

All real estate objects will be imported from the CRM, including changes to the objects.

There is an API, technical specifications.

Order forms (5 pcs) will also be generated on the CRM side and inserted in ready-made form on the site.
