- Install opencart. With basic core functions.
- Install the purchased template.
- The template already includes three languages that are necessary: Russian, English, and German.
- Replace demo content from the ready template. Logo, contacts, navigation, and other elements (a list of changes will be provided).
- Three languages (the template supports).
- Change the header, already designed, functionally similar to the basic one in the template. I will provide PSD and CSS.
- Remove unnecessary functionality related to registration and online purchase. Also remove the five stars review functionality, similar objects. Newsletter is also not needed.
- Change the structure of the object page, rearranging the information blocks. There will be no tabs for characteristics description; this information will be displayed without tabs. Remove reviews, similar objects. Add Google Map, YouTube video, photos, and manager contacts. I will provide the layout of the information block arrangement.
- Search filter by six parameters must be on the main page and on the first pages of sales and rental categories. There is a purchased OS filter module, if needed. I will provide the filter design layout.
- Weather temperature and time widget in the location of the main office, in the header (ready-made).
- Search by object ID.
- Static pages about the company. Vacancies, partners, for investors.

- Google Map for each real estate object. On the object page, display the location map of the object. But not the exact point on the real estate object, but a circle showing the approximate area of the city, or a polygon of the city area. Depending on what is easier to do.
