Call center operator

We are a platform for reviews about doctors (50,000 profiles, high traffic on Google). We need a person for phone communication with doctors and clinics.

What needs to be done:

• call doctors and medical institutions;

• offer to update information on the site prolikariv, if the profile already exists;

• offer to register if the doctor is not yet in the database;

• record the results of calls in the database.

• well-developed communication skills;

• confident and polite communication over the phone;

• ability to persuade and handle objections;
