Call center operator with experience in the services/beauty sector

We are looking for a specialist for remote work with clients of a beauty studio.
The task is to communicate with clients, support their activity, and assist with appointments.

What needs to be done:

• phone calls to clients (re-engaging inactive clients);
• keeping brief reports on the results of the calls;
• working with the client database (active / inactive).

Requirements:

• experience in the service sector, preference in the beauty, health, or wellness fields;
• proficient, pleasant Ukrainian language;
• communication skills and politeness;
• ability to work with Excel or CRM.

Collaboration conditions:

• format — remote (outsourcing);
• payment — negotiable;
• initially, we plan a test (50–100 calls), further long-term cooperation is possible.

We expect from the performer:

• examples of previous work or recommendations;
• understanding of the specifics of clients in the beauty sector.
