The cooperation with this customer turned out to be complicated and unambiguous.Starting the work in accordance with the previously agreed conditions, I presented a design that caused dissatisfaction from the customer, despite his prior consent and demand for small changes.In an attempt to meet his requirements, I provided two additional options taking into account the previous observations.However, the customer claimed that the second option was copied to his competitor, despite the fact that he provided a similar design for inspiration.In turn, the customer identified the third option as unacceptable.Although the arbitration adopted a decision in the benefit of the customer, the customer proposed to process the first option for the reduced reward that was accepted.However, in the process of expensive customer introduced constant changes, which concerned only the Second option, expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of work.Reminding of the pre-established rules on free routes, I was confronted with the customer’s concern.Complications arise due to constant changes in requirements and uncertainty in the assessment of the work performed.Also, the customer, already in his new order, uses my job, for which he refused to pay, and access to the better files was not provided.Think well about whether it’s worth your time for this money before you start working with this customer.
