А есть описание того, что делали сеошники? Просто у вас вообще все страницы делают редирект при наличии любых параметров в запросе.

Тут явно вырезается htaccess. Но, нужно знать чего и для чего делали сеошники, чтобы ничего не сломать.

У вас там такой блокбастер, что война и мир отдыхает, а толку от этой бойни 0.01% - то есть прироста точно не будет, зато раз в пять возрастет нагрузка на процессор из за постоянно использования mod_rewrite
