Вы не так поняли мою фразу, я к тому что в разделе "Оптимизация сайтов" находятся SEO-специалисты, а они эти правки не делают, они их могут выявить, написать ТЗ и проконтролировать решение, а сами правки делает программист.
Вам нужен php программист со знанием ModX, ему не нужно знать зачем эти правки, ему просто нужно сказать, что он должен сделать.
Поэтому для этой задачи нужно 2 человека: SEO-оптимизатор, который понимает что нужно делать и программист - рабочие руки -
