I can perform optimization specifically for Core Web Vitals (real indicators), and for synthetic scores Google PageSpeed Insights >90, but without editing the template it is simply impossible, since then the only option is installing a module, but this is not quite the reliable and effective solution, changes need to be made directly in the template code for effective optimization, without using modules.
