Зачем вам такая сложная логика "Якщо елемент крайній зліва або зправа він візуально "упирається" в відповідний край, інакше видно, що є список зліва і справа. " Если наличие горизонтального скрола и так говорит о том что есть еще какой-то контент. Но в принципе если вам уж так сильно хочется реализовать канбан так. То придётся добавлять JS. С чем я судовольствием вам помогу.
