Looking for a performer for technical work: transferring publicly available official educational materials into a structured Google spreadsheet and organizing accompanying images.
Data Source
Only official state source — Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UCEQA), testportal.gov.ua. All materials are publicly available. Third-party or unofficial sources are not used.
Scope
- Subjects: Ukrainian language, mathematics, history of Ukraine, biology, chemistry, physics, geography, Ukrainian literature, foreign languages (English, German, French, Spanish).
- Periods: 2020–2026.
- For each subject and period — all available official materials (by sessions and variants, including demonstration ones).
What needs to be done
- Transfer the content of the materials into a Google spreadsheet with the following structure:
- Subject
- Year
- Session / variant (1 session / 2 session / demo variant)
- Task number
- Task text
- Options (A, B, C, D, E)
- Expected answer
- Task type (multiple choice / matching / structured)
- Has image (yes / no)
- Image file name (if available)
- Save images separately on Google Drive:
- file name clearly corresponds to the task, format:
<subject>_<year>_<session>_<task number> (e.g. biology_2025_session1_q03.png); - folder structure: subject → year → session;
- name in the table matches the file name on the drive.
Result
Link to Google spreadsheet + link to Google Drive folder with images (with team access).
Quality Requirements
- Data in the table accurately corresponds to the original official materials.
- Images of normal quality, without watermarks, correspond to the original.
- Each image is linked specifically to its task (check number and session).
