A very warm and important project. Children's animation is about the rhythm of breathing, not just movement. The child should feel calm and cozy while watching the reeds sway or the water shimmer.
I am Volodymyr, the founder of Startfire studio (15 years in motion design). I combine classical animation with the latest technologies to achieve the "Disney effect" in a timely manner.
How I will do this (My "Living Fairy Tale" method):
1. Depth of scene (AI extension): I do not just cut out characters. I use AI (Generative Fill) to paint the background behind the characters. This allows for a deep Parallax effect: when the camera moves, the bushes, grass, and clouds shift naturally, creating full volume (2.5D).
2. Voice and Sound design: I offer two voiceover options:
o Live narrator (from my database of verified voices).
o Premium Neural Voice (ElevenLabs): modern technologies provide an incredibly warm, emotional voice that is indistinguishable from a human, but this significantly speeds up the recording and editing process.
3. Details: I will add live sound effects (splashing water, birds singing, rustling) to bring the fairy tale to life "audibly."
Cost:
I cannot offer a total price for the entire project because I do not know the number of illustrations, but I provide a transparent rate.
Approximately: 900 - 1200 UAH for one finished scene (up to 20 seconds) with voiceover and sound design.
(This is a golden mean: cheaper than classical production, but higher quality than beginners).
