Erlan is a great specialist! He dealt with the assigned tasks at 200%, with the previously agreed deadlines, without reminders of providing intermediate reports. Always answered the questions in detail, accessible and patiently. In fact, I did even more than required – I felt that a person was experiencing for my project.
I’m not on the resource for a long time, but I’ve already managed to face the irregularity of some performers – the invented reasons for delay, the rise of additional payments, the exaggerated assessment of my own capabilities – this is what I relaxed from working with Erlan.
So I can’t don’t recommend it and I hope we’ll work with Erlan again!
