Например попробуйте убрать сторонние скрипты типа живочата и Фейсбука - веду к тому что Вы принимаете решение чем готовы пожертвовать. То что можно сделать без утраты функционала сделаю.

Добрый день)
Сложно сказать получится ли 90+. CMS, е коммерция это всегда перегруз, но выжать побольше из текущей конфигурации точно выйдет.
По рек. pagespeed width и height , да и cls особого прироста не дадут.
Вся проблема в Minimize main-thread work - 4,7 секунды - это время генерации странички из самой cms, может как-то получится уменьшить, надо пробовать/тестировать.
В целом опыт есть, обращайтесь)
