You need a Python script to parsing users with the Telegram channels in which comments are open.If the app allows you to do this:
I run a script - I put a link to the channel (public/private/private) - I authorize an account for the parship (best if the authorization is on telethon) - I choose a filter for the parship by user activity (all users, only those who were online, who were on the network recently, who were yesterday, this week, this month)
