I am ready to take on the task: a stable job vacancy parser from the Bundesagentur für Arbeit website and a simple dashboard for launching collections and exporting to Excel/Google Sheets.
Briefly about my approach
Parser in Python (Playwright / requests+BeautifulSoup depending on the page). Playwright — to work correctly with JS, pagination, and dynamic loading.
hCaptcha — I handle it through proven methods: human-like browser sessions + anti-captcha service (2captcha/Anti-Captcha) and proxy rotation. This ensures stability and minimizes blocks.
Storage/export: results are written to a database (Postgres/SQLite for MVP), then exported to Excel/CSV strictly according to the structure of Mailing Datenbank.xlsx. There is automatic loading into Google Sheets via API.
Data quality: the parser normalizes the address (Street / PLZ / Ort), cleans phone/emails, converts “vor X Tagen” into exact dates; if a field is missing — it sets it to empty.
Deduplication: key — Referenz-Nr.; re-running does not create duplicates.
Stability: logging, retries, backoff, handling 429/5xx, error statistics.
Dashboard (minimum for MVP): a simple web page (Streamlit / FastAPI + light front-end) with fields: keyword, city/radius, period (24h/7/14/30), checkboxes Zeitarbeit/Externe, Start button, and download Excel / push to Google Sheets.
