Откуда берутся такие скорости как миллисекунды? Вы бы перед тем как писать о подобном, поинтересовались с какой скоростью в принципе можно получить данные, обработать и отправить. Начитаются о сокетах, не поймут о чем и зачем, и начинаются фантазии.

по обеим ссылкам можно получать список статей по внутренним запросам АПИ бинанс. это быстро и стабильно.
насчет самих стаей, нужно детально смотреть, делать запросы, смотреть результаты, там HTML страницу нужно загружать и парсить текст. -
Можу виконати швидкість приблизно 0.05 с на парсинг, на повний скан можна і швидше, але хочу зазначити, що я можу це зробити, але дана програма з таким функціоналом буде ідентична програмі для DDoS-атак, і відповідальність теж така ж.
