To do this, I suggest using Python programming language and library to parsing BeautifulSoup and requests data.
I’m developing a script that will periodically check the links you’ve given for the availability of new data and send notifications to Telegram when they appear or disappear. I will use the aiogram library to send messages to Telegram.
