Parsing and mailing in Facebook

Thank you for the announcement — we can definitely help with analyzing user activity on Facebook events and preparing a system for later communication.

🔍 What we can do in practice

1. Collecting data about people who clicked "Interested" and "Going" on the event
– We have tools and methods that allow us to obtain a list of people interacting with the event (public data in accordance with Meta's policy).
– We can also monitor these interactions in real-time – e.g., daily updates of new people.

2. Automation and further communication with users
FB no longer allows mass messaging to people who did not message first — but there are legal workarounds that we implement:

chatbot/automation that converts clicks on the event into a conversation on Messenger,

incentive system (CTA) that allows users to voluntarily get in touch,

retargeting ads through Meta Ads based on activity in the event,

building our own database through lead forms / Messenger flows.

3. Integrations and constant monitoring
– We can prepare a dashboard and automatic reports.
– If needed, we create full automation based on API + Make.
