Parsing from websites

Good afternoon,

The task is quite simple, we have links to menus in restaurants, and we need to parse the list of dishes, photos, and all the information for ourselves, this needs to be done on a large scale, each site has its own specifics, code, on its own engine, with server-side or client-side rendering. 

The execution is less straightforward, as we need to find a universal way of parsing, I believe that the use of AI will be necessary here, let it figure out how to access the information.
