Part-Time IT Recruiter / Sourcer

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time IT Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, who is eager to grow in the IT industry and potentially transition to a full-time position in the future.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT sourcing/recruitment;

• Solid understanding of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.);

• Strong communication and organizational skills;

• English level B1 or higher;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and engaging potential candidates through different channels;

• Assisting in managing the recruitment pipeline and candidate database;

• Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews;

• Supporting the recruitment team with daily tasks.

This is a part-time, remote position with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
