I am looking for a person who will take on part of the promotion and sales of author tours: finding clients, sales channels, partnerships, creative solutions. This is not a sales manager position, but a more flexible and partnership role. I handle the creation of tours, logistics organization, arrangements with hotels, transfers, programs — and you will deliver the product to the buyer who wants to purchase it and receive a percentage from sales.
Work format:
🔸 You choose how to promote the tours: targeting, lead generation, cooperation with agencies, messengers, your ideas — everything that brings real sales.
🔸 You do not lead clients further (that’s my job). You need to attract buyers — ready ones.
🔸 Payment is made after each sale: when the client makes full payment, you receive a percentage of the profit.
🔹 The main focus is on promotion channels that do not require large investments at the start. These can be your contacts, collaborations, communities, thematic platforms, lead generation, networking, guerrilla marketing, comments, messengers, personal brand, or other creative methods.
🔹 The initial budget is minimal, so solutions based on creative approaches, experience, and personal initiative are welcomed, not just paid promotion.
🔹 Initiative is important — if you can sell not only through advertising but also through unconventional approaches, dialogue, communities, relevant contacts, or collaborations — this is exactly the format.
