I act as a technical partner and lead the development team (web / product / UX).

Now I want to establish a steady flow of projects through Upwork in a partnership format.
How collaboration looks
- You respond to projects from your account
- We discuss the response strategy and positioning together
- I join at the presale stage and then take on delivery (or we work together — negotiable)
- Important: everything is transparent for the client, without “substituting” the performer
Payment model
- % of the profit from the project (discussed individually, target 10–20%)
- Fixed fee for lead / call — by agreement
- Long-term work and repeat projects are taken into account
Who I am looking for
- Active and “live” profile on Upwork
- Experience in responding and understanding how projects are won
- Responsible approach (quality of leads is more important than quantity)
- Desire to work in partnership, not just “throwing bids”
