As far as I can see, all your data sources are price lists, you do not need parsing, you just need to retrieve products from the supplier's price lists, this is a slightly different task and more "white," for this, proxies are not needed.

I have done this not on OpenCart.
We need to understand how the suppliers' price lists come to us, this is important, whether by email or if you will upload them manually, then link the products by articles or in another way.

And then migrate the products, say once a day.
