Hello, I have experience with the installation of both regular systems and server systems, 1C/BAF.
Regarding your task, there are only two options:
1) If the computers are in the same local network, then it is possible to work with one 1C database over the network (if access is provided).
2) To create a full Windows server with full or separated users for the users.
The final cost will be determined after agreeing on all details.
