Менеджер создавал Битрикс, он же добавлял сотрудников. Т.е полностью занимался администрированием. Я так понимаю мне необходимо создать новый аккаунт, взять у него доступ от старого и перелить все данные.

Ну тоже как вариант. Но я так понимаю Битрикс закреплен за его почтой...
Если за корпоративной то как вариант, т.к я могу и на почту сменить пароль. Если же под его личной почтой,то я не могу запретить пользоваться ему его личной почтой))

ну не знаю, сложностей тут не вижу. Подходите к сотруднику вместе садитесь и проверяете какая почта указана, если его личная меняете вместе с ним и все.

да именно так. практически в любом аккаунте это возможно. А на 200 грн., лучше с сотрудником отметить его смену работу )

В интерфейсе Битрикс24, нельзя исключить право администрирования портала для главного, первого кто регистрировал портал администратора.
Первого администратора также нельзя уволить, так как портал все равно останется зарегистрирован на его имя.
Если вам необходимо исключить для него доступ к порталу, нужно назначить другого сотрудника администратором, который сможет изменить в профиле первого админа логин и пароль, тем самым закрыв для него доступ. При очередной попытке авторизоваться на портале, первый администратор не сможет восстановить пароль и логин, так как все запросы будут отправлены на новый e-mail который вы укажите в профиле.
