In the Bitrix24 interface, it is not possible to exclude the right to administer the portal for the main, the first person to register the portal administrator.
The first administrator cannot be dismissed as the portal will still remain registered on its name.
If you need to disable access to the portal for him, you need to appoint another employee to the administrator who will be able to change the login and password in the profile of the first administrator, thus closing for him access. When another attempt to authorize on the portal, the first administrator will not be able to restore the password and login as all requests will be sent to the new e-mail that you will specify in the profile.
