The essence of the task is to integrate messenger buttons (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp) on four websites with CRM Kommo. It is necessary to pass UTM tags during transitions to these messengers so that when starting a dialogue with a client in Kommo (the client initiates the conversation through the messenger transition button, the deal is created with the help of Echat), the tag is automatically linked to the client's deal (the deal itself is created by the intermediary Echat). It is also important to determine from which site the client came, even if there are no UTM tags, by filling in a special field in the deal.
Additionally, there may be many people on the site at the same time, which should also be taken into account.
All messenger accounts are NUMBERED (bots are not used).

WhatsApp + Viber — implemented purely: a JS snippet intercepts UTM from the URL when the page loads, and when clicking on the icon, it inserts the tag + site name into the pre-filled text of the deep link. The Echat webhook parses the first message from the client → writes UTM into the deal field via the Kommo API. Without UTM — we write the site/page name as the source.
Telegram (number-based) — does not support pre-filled text unlike bots. There is an option through a redirect page on your domain, which retains UTM and redirects to TG. But please clarify: can Telegram be connected through a bot in Echat instead of a number-based account? This completely resolves the issue.
