Здравствуйте.
Простите но шаблон сам по себе это всего лишь сетка расположения контента со своими стилями и не больше. А расс у вас есть админка и сам контент то это уже не шаблон а сайт в сборе, на чем сделан сайт - cms ( какая?) или самопис ? Если добавлять какие то кнопки то это уже функционал сайта который связан с бд - админ панель и фронт сайта. А не просто отредактировать стили шаблона или изменить сетку вывода контента.

Так бы и написали "Необходимо отредактировать сетку bootstrap в шаблоне", а не добавить кнопочку, что то сделать в админке и т.д. Так было-бы проще, понятливей и быстрей.

для постановки задачи было снято видео, на котором я указал что нужно всего лишь отредактировать сетку вывода существующих блоков из шаблона. у исполнителей это вызывает такой диссонанс.
ребята, если я начну писать ТЗ, то я сам возьму редактор и перенесу блоки. это элементарная техническая работа обычного верстальщика на Бустрапе. я не требую заоблачных скриптов или создания новых модулей или блоков. обычный контруктор. -
