Redo plugin for redmine (Ruby on Rails)

To Ruby on Rails specialists familiar with the Redmine application
There is a resource plan plugin for Redmine that needs to be made user-friendly.
1) Opening the resource plan window. In the window, there is a filter with 5 interdependent fields, the contents of which are filled in by default. This takes a long time with large amounts of data. This needs to be removed and leave only 1 filter field.
2) The time to generate the resource plan table is currently 90 seconds for 1,000 plan rows. As a result of the modification, performance should not deteriorate.
3) In the plugin's admin panel, unnecessary fields that will not be used in the database query need to be excluded, and they should simply be muted in the query with default values.
