Здравствуйте. Задание несложное. Опыт выполнения подобных есть. Выгружаем из Мой склад данные в DBF или XLS, а для 1С у меня уже есть готовая обработка для импорта. Возможно нужно будет добаботать какие-нибудь мелочи... Обработка остается у вас. я научу как ею пользоваться. Возможно, в дальнейшем пригодится (для импорта цен поставщиков, например).
Касательно контактов, то я из-за большого к-ва клиентов, я не могу вспомнить кому конкретно я делал такую работу...
