It is necessary to update Ubuntu, install and configure everything needed for the website to work - on the old VPS it runs on Ubuntu 22 - nginx and php-fpm + mysql and php version 7.

It is also required to install the control panel - Hestia (preferably). And set up a user in it, ssl LetsEncrypt, backup, all necessary php components, create ftp access. And consult on Cloudflare (it has been set up for a long time and everything is configured there), what needs to be done when changing the server.
