Redrawing of the character

I will attach a sketch below, can you redraw it in better quality, separately for the character, add legs to him, and also create a separate background.
Requirements for the character: standing on a pile of skulls, sword stuck into one of the skulls,
ON the character: metallic breastplate, leather greaves covering the shins, bracers, pauldrons, a cape with a cloak down to the legs, a one-handed sword with a long blade, the guard serving as a support, a diamond-style ricasso, slightly rounded inside.
There is no sole, only a stiffening rib.
